What a great little cigar, rich in flavor and comparable in flavor to the hand rolled expensive Dominican cigars I’ve been smoking for the last 30 years. I plan on trying all the cigars that Avanti makes. No need to buy those expensive imported cigars anymore, I’ll be sticking with Avanti as my every day go-to cigars from now on. The robust flavor is what I’ve been looking for.

De Nobili cigars have been around for over 100 years. The De Nobili brand is the New York brand, the brand smoked by The Godfather (it’s in the book), and is seen in many of the movies showing Italian American culture, including Mean Streets. The Perodi brand is the brand known in New England, though they are the same cigar. These cigars have a deep and rich culture. They emanate from the Tuscany style of cured cigars that have been smoked in Italy since Moby Dick was a minnow. Like Italian food and wine, these cigars are further proof that if its Italian, it has to be good. I buy them 100 at a time, and I am in no hurry to smoke them all so the smell in my storage tin takes me back to the days of my grandfather and uncles. Like the smells of a good pot of sauce (not gravy) on Sunday, the aroma of De Nobili’s enrich my life and I take have passed this tradition onto the next generation for them to enjoy. Capisce?

The last De Nobili cigar I smoked was about 30 years ago, the best flavorful cigars without a doubt. Going to order from this Company, glad I found them.
